Andreas Flodström is an entrepreneur & CEO. 9 years ago he moved from Sweden to Ukraine and co-founded the Swedish-Ukrainian IT companies Beetroot & Beetroot Academy, now totaling 500+ team members. Beetroot helps VC-funded startups and large enterprises to scale their R&D capacity, in a sustainable way. Beetroot Academy teaches intensive IT courses and has 3,200 graduates, 70% of which were employed in IT within 6 months after graduation.
