Kateryna Vaisero interviewed by Olena Hrazhdan

Kateryna Vaisero, a student at Estonian Tartu University, has been living in Tartu for the latest three years. She was in Estonia when the war started and gave shelter to her mother and friends from Dnipro when they fled abroad.   Kateryna and other Ukrainians in Tartu followed all the news  during the first days in from the kitchen in her flat in Estonia.  Like many Ukrainians abroad, she feels guilt that they haven't done enough for the country, but Kateryna also noticed that Ukrainian diaspora in Tartu became even more bonded - a feeling she didn't have prior to the war.
